If you purchased a Memrise subscription via Google Play Store, Apple App Store, PayPal or via our provider Chargebee, you should have received your receipt via email shortly after the payment. If you haven’t, please get in touch with them to request a new receipt or see the instructions below.

If you subscribed to Memrise via memrise.com and you paid with a debit/credit card but don't see the options below (in red) on your Settings page, please get in touch with us if you need a receipt or an invoice (for invoices, please specify if you're requesting one for a business or a person, and who we should address it to).
