Firstly, please uninstall the app, restart your device, and then re-install it. Then log back in on your Memrise profile.
If the download still fails, please ensure that you have enough data storage on your device, as the course you are trying to download may require a lot of space.
Please note: Memrise can only download courses for offline learning on an internal storage at the moment (not on SD cards).
If the community-created course you are trying to download contains a high percentage of corrupt assets (e.g. broken or missing audio files or image files), the download will still fail. In this case, if you are the creator of the affected course, we advise replacing any corrupt assets and try again.
