We've been reviewing the quality of our Arabic courses and have decided to delist them due to them not being on a par with our other official courses, which include literal translations, examples and high-quality audio and videos recorded by native speakers. Some of the vocabulary we were teaching on the Arabic course wasn't relevant and there was room for improvement in the way the script was taught.
Providing users with authentic and effective language learning experiences is our top goal. With that in mind, we made the decision to unlist Arabic levels 1-7 from our onboarding flow for new users and in course search both on the website and in the app.
Users who are already enrolled into the official Arabic courses will still have access to these via their dashboard and moving to another level can still be done by going to the Learn tab in the app and scrolling to the bottom. Lastly, lessons will still be available via a link to the course. Please contact the Support team if you would like these.
While we work on improving the overall experience for Arabic learners, why not check out our user-generated Arabic courses?
