Please enter the subscription/order ID for your purchase (this will help us solve your request quicker): for Google Play (GPA number + email address associated with Google Play), for Apple (please attach a screenshot of the receipt), for PayPal (Transaction ID + your PayPal email address), for credit/debit card (subscription ID or the last 4 digits of your card, expiration date, cardholder name, date of the purchase and amount)
