If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking I forgot my password! on the login screen of the Memrise app or by visiting https://app.memrise.com/password/reset/ on a computer.
Type in the email address you used to sign up to Memrise to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Why am I not receiving the reset email?
- If you don't receive any emails, please ensure you entered the correct email address, and double-check your spam, junk and social folders.
- To make sure you can reset your password autonomously, please make sure you add the address hello@mail.memrise.com to your allowlist on your email provider as this is where the reset emails will be coming from.
Still not receiving a reset email after checking the above? So that we can verify you as the account owner, please email us directly at cs@memrise.com with the subject line 'Memrise Password Reset'.
I'm already logged in - how can I change my password?
If you are already signed in, you can also choose a new password by visiting ⚙️Profile Settings > 🔒 Password on a computer. To change it, you will first have to confirm your current password.
Please note: unfortunately, if you don't remember or you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up, we will not be able to change it or inform you of what it is. We will also be unable to restore your password. You will have to create a new account to continue learning on Memrise.
