Unfortunately it isn't currently possible to merge multiple levels, or multiple courses, into one. However, you can copy items from a course, paste it in a spreadsheet and bulk-add them into another level/course.
Please also note that it is not currently possible to link two courses in the app - e.g., linking 'Basic Greek' (Course #1) to 'Intermediate Greek' (Course #2).
