I'm experiencing a bug on the iOS or Android mobile app
Firstly please uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Then log back in with the same username/email address to see if this has resolved the bug. If the issue persists, follow these steps.
I'm experiencing a bug on the website
Please try all of the following steps:
- Disable Adblock, ad-blocking technology or any extension that blocks cookies on memrise.com
- Clear cache and cookies, update your browser to the latest version and restart it
- Ensure Javascript is enabled on your browser/on https://app.memrise.com/
Please also note that only the following browsers are officially supported:
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
Make sure you're using one of the browsers above and you're on the latest version.
What if the issue persists?
If you believe you are experiencing an issue that hasn't been reported yet, please submit a bug report by filling in the relevant form (Bug reports category) on our 'Submit a request' page. The more detailed your report, the quicker we can resolve the issue for you. If applicable to your case, please also add screenshots, GIFs or videos of the problem.
Due to the number of bug reports we receive, we may not be able to reply to each and every case, but please rest assured that we collect and analyse all of them.
Please avoid submitting multiple requests for the same bug as this will create a new ticket, hence delaying our response. Your patience and support are much appreciated!
