To cancel the automatic renewal on your Memrise Pro subscription, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap Menu (☰) > Subscriptions
- Find the subscription to Memrise.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Alternatively, click here to cancel your subscription on the Google Play website.
The paid features will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
You can also cancel recurring payments or the automatic renewal for your Memrise membership within your Profile Settings on the website or in the app.
I can't cancel my subscription on Google Play as it's not on the list, what should I do?
You may have subscribed to Memrise via a different payment method, such as debit/credit card, PayPal, or iTunes/Apple App Store.
- If your bank statement shows "MEMRISE.COM" or "PAYPAL", follow these instructions to cancel your autorenewal.
- If your bank statement shows "ITUNES.COM/BILL", follow these instructions to cancel your autorenewal.
