I have paid for Memrise Pro via Apple/iTunes or Google Play
If you wish to change your payment details, you will first have to cancel your current plan, wait for it to expire and then resubscribe using the new payment method.
To cancel the automatic renewal, please follow the instructions for your current payment method:
- Cancel your subscription processed via Apple App Store/iTunes (iOS)
- Cancel your subscription processed via Google Play Store
The paid features will remain active until the end of your membership period.
I have paid for Memrise Pro with my credit/debit card or via PayPal
If you have purchased Memrise Pro after November 2021, please check this page (Settings > Account) to see if the Manage your subscription via our provider Chargebee link is available for you.
If it's available, simply click on the link and then select Payment Methods to update the one we currently hold for you.
If the Manage your subscription via our provider Chargebee link is not available for you, you will have to cancel your current plan's autorenewal, wait for Pro to expire at the end of the current paid period and then resubscribe using the new payment method.
The paid features will remain active until the end of your membership period.
