To cancel the automatic renewal for your Memrise subscription, log in to your account on a browser, click on your Profile icon in the top right corner, then select ⚙️ Settings > ⚡Account. Alternatively, simply click on this link: Your Memrise subscription
Cancelling your membership will automatically cancel your subscription's auto-renewal. The paid features will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
Please note:
- If you subscribed via App Store/iTunes (i.e. your bank statement shows "ITUNES.COM/BILL"), follow these instructions to cancel your subscription.
- If you subscribed via Google Play, you can also follow these instructions to cancel your subscription.
