So that our Support team can check the status and activate your subscription manually, please submit a request and include all the following details, based on the payment provider you used:
- If you paid via Google Play
- If you paid via Apple (App Store/iTunes)
- For payments via PayPal on our website
- For payments via debit/credit card on our website
